He brings years of digital strategy, analytics implementation and leadership experience from multiple industries, including Accenture, Ecolab and General Electric, among others. Additionally, he has consulted for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Nihar earned a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from University College of Engineering Burla in India and later received his M.B.A. with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Sukant Palo is a Co-founder and Head of AI at Performalytic, where he leads the strategy, vision, and development of AI-driven solutions for the firm’s flagship product—4DAlert Master Data Management. With over two decades of experience in technology consulting, product management, and large-scale data & AI transformations, Sukant brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep enterprise acumen. He has led complex initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations, enabling digital transformation and operational agility through data-first innovation. At Performalytic, Sukant is focused on building human-centered AI products that empower data stewards, enhance data quality, and ensure compliance—while unlocking business value at scale. He is a strong advocate of "AI with humans in the loop," ensuring trust, transparency, and accountability in enterprise AI adoption. Sukant has an undergrad in Computer science and MBA in Entrepreneurship. He currently lives in Denver,Colorado with his wife and daughter .You will find him enjoying the great outdoors and mountains with his family. He is passionate about fitness , mental health, an avid hiker and ultra trail runner.
